Upon consideration of the Stipulation and Consent Order on Debtor's Objection to Proof of Claim No. 4 (the "Stipulation") filed herein by Manufacturers and Traders Trust Company ("M&T Bank"), and with the consent of the Debtor, Thines, LLC (the "Debtor"), it is, by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland, HEREBY
