Request for rehearing of State Bar discipline denied
The petition for rehearing is denied.
The stay of the order imposing discipline is hereby dissolved. The order of discipline is final 30 days after the filing of this order denying rehearing. ELANA THIBAULT must comply with California Rules of Court, rule 9.20, and perform the acts specified in (a) and (c) of that rule within 30 and 40 calendar days, respectively, after the date this order is filed.
