Original Mandamus Proceeding

This proceeding arises out of Cause No. 2020-PA-01945, styled In the Interest of J.D., a Child, in the 150th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas, the Honorable Mary Lou Alvarez presiding.

Sitting: Irene Rios, Justice, Lori I. Valenzuela, Justice, Lori Massey Brissette, Justice

Justice Patricia O. Alvarez was a member of the panel for this original proceeding but has retired from this court. Justice Lori Massey Brissette succeeded Justice Alvarez as a member of the panel after Justice Alvarez retired from the court.

ORDER

PER CURIAM

On March 26, 2024, relator filed a writ of mandamus. The petition for a writ of mandamus is DENIED without prejudice. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.8.

It is so ORDERED on August 23, 2024.
