ORDER

PER CURIAM

On June 26, 2024, we issued an order inviting the respondent and the real party in interest to file a response to the relator's petition for writ of mandamus by July 11, 2024. On July 12, 2024, the real party in interest filed a motion requesting an extension of time until August 1, 2024 to file the response. We GRANT the motion and ORDER the real party in interest to file the response, if any by August 1, 2024.

It is so ORDERED.
