MAGISTERIAL RULES DOCKET

AMENDED ORDER

PER CURIAM

AND NOW, this 9^th day of February, 2023, the Order dated May 2, 2022, that Reestablished the Magisterial Districts of the 40^th Judicial District (Indiana County) of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, is hereby AMENDED as follows: White Township, Ward 3-3, is hereby added to Magisterial District 40-3-02. The Order of May 2, 2022 shall remain in effect in all other respects.
