This proceeding arises out of Cause No. 18-10-36490-MCV-A, styled Ronnie Villanueva v. The Cincinnati Insurance Company, pending in the 293rd Judicial District Court, Maverick County, Texas, the Honorable Maribel Flores presiding.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

PER CURIAM

The court has considered the petition for a writ of mandamus filed by relator, The Cincinnati Insurance Company, on November 2, 2021, the response of the real party in interest, Ronnie Villanueva, and relator's reply. The court concludes relator is not entitled to the relief sought and relief should be denied. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8(a). Accordingly, the stay issued by this court on November 3, 2021, is lifted and relator's petition for a writ of mandamus is denied.

PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS DENIED
