APPOINTMENT OF CHAIR OF ICLEO ADVISORY COMMITTEE

The Indiana Conference for Legal Education Opportunity operates under Indiana Code chapter 33-24-13, and provides assistance to minority, low income, or educationally disadvantaged college graduates in pursuing a law degree and legal career in Indiana. Indiana Code section 33-24-13-3 creates an advisory committee, whose members serve three-year terms, to select ICLEO participants and guide the ICLEO program. Former Justice Steven H. David chaired the advisory committee until his retirement. I now appoint the Chief Administrative Officer of the Indiana Supreme Court, Justin Forkner, to serve a three-year term as Chair of the ICLEO Advisory Committee commencing December 1, 2022.
