IN RE THE TEX EXPRESS, INC. AND RANDAL TOOKER, Relators

ORIGINAL PROCEEDING WRIT OF MANDAMUS 281st District Court Harris County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. 2019-34322

Panel consists of Justices Wise, Jewell, and Spain.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

PER CURIAM.

Relators The Tex Express, Inc. and Randal Tooker filed a petition and, thereafter, an amended petition for writ of mandamus in this court. See Tex. Gov't Code Ann. § 22.221; see also Tex. R. App. P. 52. In the petition, relators ask this court to compel the Honorable Christine Weems, presiding judge of the 281st District Court in Harris County, Texas, to set aside her June 30, 2020 order appointing a guardian ad litem and her March 16, 2021 order appointing an attorney ad litem and awarding guardian ad litem costs.

Relators have not established that they are entitled to mandamus relief. Accordingly, we deny relators' amended petition for writ of mandamus.
