ORDER

EMILY A. MISKEL, JUSTICE

Based on the Court's opinion of this date, we CONDITIONALLY GRANT relator's petition for writ of mandamus. We ORDER respondent Bridgett N. Whitmore to immediately vacate her September 12, 2024, order- which granted real party in interest's motion for continuance and ordered relator to engage in discovery-and to hear and rule on relator's pending motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction within thirty days of the date of this order. We also ORDER respondent to file with this Court, within ten days of the date of such hearing and ruling, a certified copy of her order issued in compliance with this order.

We also LIFT the stay imposed by our order dated October 17, 2024.

Should the respondent fail to comply with this order, the writ will issue.
