DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 17, 2019. The appeal by Solomon Singer was deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a). Motion by Solomon Singer, inter alia, to dismiss the appeal by Federal National Mortgage Association on the ground that this appeal has been rendered academic.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is dismissed for lack of standing, as Solomon Singer is no longer a party to the appeal; and it is further, ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeal by Federal National Mortgage Association is dismissed as academic, without costs or disbursements.
