Opinion

No. 05-05-01063-CV

Opinion issued August 18, 2005.

Original Proceeding from the 68th Judicial District Court, Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. 02-03787-C.

Writ of Mandamus Denied.

Before Justices MOSELEY, BRIDGES, and FRANCIS.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relator Eloisa Gomez Telkamp contends the trial judge abused his discretion in "refusing to sign a final appealable order." The facts and issues are well known to the parties, so we need not recount them herein. Based on the record before us, we conclude relator has not shown she is entitled to any relief. See Tex.R.App.P. 52.8(a); Walker v. Packer, 827 S.W.2d 833, 839-44 (Tex. 1992) (orig. proceeding). Accordingly, we DENY relator's petition for writ of mandamus.
