CONSENT ORDER
This matter having been opened to the Court by the Office of Attorney Ethics, and through his attorney-in-fact, with the consent of Howard A. Teichman of Morristown , who was admitted to the bar of this State in 1986, to be transferred to disability inactive status pursuant to Rule 1:20-12;
And Howard A. Teichman and the Office of Attorney Ethics having agreed that Howard A. Teichman lacks the capacity to practice law and that he should be transferred to disability inactive status pursuant to Rule 1:20-12; And good cause appearing;
It is ORDERED that Howard A. Teichman is hereby transferred to disability inactive status, effective immediately, and until the further Order of the Court; and it is further
ORDERED that Howard A. Teichman shall not return to Active status unless and until he demonstrates that he has regained the capacity to practice law; and it is further
ORDERED that Howard A. Teichman is hereby restrained from practicing law during the period that he remains on disability inactive status; and it is further
ORDERED that Howard A. Teichman comply with Rule 1:20-20 governing incapacitated attorneys; and it is further ORDERED that the entire record of this matter be made a permanent part of the file of Howard A. Teichman as an attorney at law of this State.
