The reporter's record in this appeal is overdue. On August 20, 2024, the Court sent Glenda Finkley, Official Court Reporter for the 256th Judicial District Court, a court reporter's information sheet and requested her to complete the form and return it to the Court within seven days. By postcard dated September 18, 2024, we notified Ms. Finkley the reporter's record was overdue and directed her to file the reporter's record within thirty days. To date, Ms. Finkley has not returned the court reporter information sheet, has not filed the reporter's record, and has not communicated with the Court regarding the status of the reporter's record.
So that this appeal can proceed, we ORDER Glenda Finkley to file, within FIFTEEN DAYS of the date of this order, a completed court reporter information sheet AND either (1) the reporter's record; (2) written verification no hearings were recorded; (3) written verification appellant has not requested preparation of the reporter's record; or (4) written verification appellant has not paid for or made arrangements to pay for the reporter's record and is not entitled to proceed without payment of costs. We DIRECT the Clerk to send copies of this order to:
