ORDER

Before the Court is relator's October 10, 2017 request for emergency relief. We DENY the motion without prejudice.
Also before the Court is the real party in interest's October 11, 2017 request for "adequate time to file a further rejoinder," which we construe as a motion for leave to file an amended response to the petition for writ of mandamus and petition for writ of prohibition. We GRANT the real party in interest's motion. The real party in interest's amended response to the petition for writ of mandamus and petition for writ of prohibition shall be filed by October 19, 2017.
