Extension of time granted
Based upon counsel John Lanahan's representation that the reply to the informal response to the petition for writ of habeas corpus is anticipated to be filed by June 8, 2022, an extension of time in which to serve and file that document is granted to May 9, 2022. After that date, only one further extension totaling about 29 additional days is contemplated.
