ORDER

Elizabeth L. Gleicher, Chief Judge, acting under MCR 7.211(E)(2), orders:

The motion to extend time to file transcripts is GRANTED. The time for Court Reporter Bromeaica McBride to file her transcripts is EXTENDED to September 30, 2023. If the transcripts are not filed as required by this order, this case shall be submitted on the involuntary dismissal docket without further notice, and this matter will be remanded to the trial court for the appointment of substitute counsel, current counsel having failed to ensure the timely filing of the transcripts. Further, costs in the amount of $250 may be assessed against appointed counsel.

The Clerk's Office is directed to email a copy of this order to Court Reporter McBride.
