          OPINION

          THE COURT.

          This cause is ruled by the decision in the case entitled ‘In re Buckley, charged with contempt,’ ante, 69, (No. 20,136,) and therefore it is ordered that the order [2 Cal.Unrep. 649] to show cause herein be discharged, and the proceedings dismissed.
