IN RE EARNEST TAYLOR AND LISA TAYLOR, Relators

Original Proceeding on Petition for Writ of Mandamus

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relators, Earnest and Lisa Taylor, filed a petition for a writ of mandamus seeking to compel the trial court to grant their temporary restraining order application and to set a temporary injunction hearing in the underlying proceeding.

The underlying case is Earnest Taylor, et al. vs. Jesus M. Vela, et al., Cause No. 81897-CV, pending in the 149th District Court of Brazoria County, Texas, the Honorable Terri Holder presiding. --------

We deny the petition for a writ of mandamus and lift the previously imposed stay.

PER CURIAM Panel consists of Justices Higley, Bland, and Massengale.
