Furnace Associates, Inc. ("Furnace Associates") and Accredited Home Lenders, Inc. ("Accredited"), by their undersigned counsel, hereby stipulate and agree that the deadline for the filing of Furnace Associates' Opposition to Accredited's Motion for Summary Judgment in this matter be and hereby is extended to July 11, 2008.
