No. 05-06-00047-CV

Opinion Issued January 18, 2006.

Original Proceeding from the 195th Judicial District Court, Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause Nos. F0500643, F0500644, F0500645.

Writ of Mandamus Denied.

Before Justices WHITTINGTON, FITZGERALD, and LANG-MIERS.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relator requests the Court to order the trial court to hold a hearing on his motion to recuse the trial judge. Based on the record presented, we conclude the relator has failed to show that he does not have an adequate remedy at law and that he is entitled to the relief requested. Accordingly, relator's petition for writ of mandamus is DENIED. See Tex.R.App.P. 52.8(a); Walker v. Packer, 827 S.W.2d 833, 839-842 (Tex. 1992) (orig. proceeding).
