Opinion Issued November 18, 2004.

Original Proceeding from the 336th Judicial District Court, Grayson County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. 02-1997.

Writ of Mandamus Denied.

Before Justices WRIGHT, O'NEILL, and LANG.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relators contend the trial judge erred in setting new pre-trial deadlines. Based on the record presented, we conclude the relators have failed to show themselves entitled to the relief requested. Accordingly, relators' petition for writ of mandamus is DENIED. See Tex.R.App.P. 52.8(a); Walker v. Packer, 827 S.W.2d 833, 839-842 (Tex. 1992) (orig. proceeding).
