ROBERT D. BURNS, III CHIEF JUSTICE
Before the Court is the December 4, 2024 letter of Official Court Reporter Glenda Finkley questioning whether she must file the reporter's record without cost. She states the statement of inability filed by appellant is "so old that I didn't think it applied." Nothing before this Court shows that appellant has been ordered to pay costs of the appeal. Accordingly, we ORDER Ms. Finkley to file the reporter's record without cost no later than January 8, 2025, We caution Ms. Finkley that an extension motion will be disfavored.
We DIRECT the Clerk of this Court to send a copy of this order to Ms. Finkley and all parties.
