The clerk of this court is directed to return the unredacted petition for review lodged conditionally under seal to counsel for petitioner, unless petitioner notifies the clerk in writing within 10 days after the date of this order that the lodged petition for review is to be filed as part of the public record. (See Cal. Rules of Court, rule 8.46(d)(7).)
