ORDER


On August 16, 2000, the court entered final judgment on plaintiff Robert Lee Schmidt, Jr.'s claims against defendants Warrior Gulf Navigation Company and Willie Odom, thereby leaving CSX Transportation, Inc. as the only remaining defendant.

On May 3, 2001, plaintiff filed a "Satisfaction of Judgment," (doe. 1871 in Master File No. 1:94-5000-RV-C; doe. 118 in Individual file No. 1:94-5015-RV-C). In accordance with the parties' "Stipulation, " (doe. 1681 in Master File No. 1:94-5000-RV-C), It is

ORDERED that plaintiff Robert Lee Schmidt, Jr.'s claims against CSX Transportation, Inc. are DISMISSED VYITH PREJUDICE, and CSX Transportation, Inc. Is DISMISSED as a party to this litigation.

There being no remaining claims, this action is DISMISSED IN ITS ENTIRETY WITH PRFJUDICE.
