(Order Approving the Claims Administrator Procedure Establishing the Policies for Awarding Benefits under the Extraordinary Injury Fund.)


The Claims Administrator has presented to the Court a Claims Administrator Procedure (CAP No. 27) to ensure that the Parties and Class Members understand how the Claims Administrator will exercise his discretion in awarding benefits under the Extraordinary Injury Fund (EIF).

AND NOW, this 17th day of June, 2003, the Court having considered the Claims Administrator's policies for awarding benefits under the EIF, it is hereby ORDERED that the Claims Administrator evaluate claims for benefits under the EIF according to the policies and procedures set out in the attached CAP 27.
