ORIGINAL PROCEEDING

MEMORANDUM OPINION

PER CURIAM

Relator Amber Nicole Sullender filed this original mandamus proceeding complaining of the trial court's February 2, 2012 order granting the real party in interest, Brenda Denise Turner, possession of and access to Amber's two sons. Turner is the children's grandmother. On July 11, 2012, this court issued an opinion and order conditionally granting mandamus relief. However, the opinion and order provided that the writ would not issue if the respondent vacated his February 2, 2012 temporary order granting Turner possession of and access to her grandchildren, and issued an order dismissing Brenda's original petition.

On July 18, 2012, the respondent complied with this court's opinion and order. Therefore, all issues in this original proceeding have been disposed of and the proceeding is rendered moot. Accordingly, we dismiss Sullender's petition for writ of mandamus as moot.

Panel consisted of Worthen, C.J., Griffith, J., and Hoyle, J.
