Nos. 2010 CA 1001, 2010 CA 1002.
December 29, 2010. January 12, 2011.
ON APPEAL FROM THE TWENTY-SECOND JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT IN AND FOR THE PARISH OF ST. TAMMANY STATE OF LOUISIANA DOCKET NO. 2007-30066 C/W 2009-10348 HONORABLE RICHARD A. SWARTZ, JUDGE PRESIDING.
Bobbie Monroe Bankston, William L. Nealy, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Counsel for Plaintiff/Appellant Richard S. Thomas.
William J. Fausterman, Jr., Slidell, Louisiana, Counsel for Defendant/Appellee Louis Andrew Thomas, III.
Jake A. Airey, S. Michelle Blanchard, Slidell, Lousiana, Counsel for Defendants/Appellees Louis Andrew Thomas, III, and the Succession of Louis Andrew Thomas, II.
BEFORE: WHIPPLE, McDONALD, AND McCLENDON, JJ.
An adult child and legatee of the decedent appeals from a judgment of possession accepting and homologating the final accounting of his father's succession. For the reasons set forth in our opinion in Succession of Louis Andrew Thomas, II c/w Richard S. Thomas v. Louis Andrew Thomas, III, 2010 CA 0576 c/w 2010 CA 0577, also handed down this date, we affirm the judgment of possession from which Richard S. Thomas appeals. Costs of this appeal are assessed to Richard S. Thomas.
