In Re: Joanna Wurtele and Pointe Coupee Parish Public Library, applying for supervisory writs, 18th Judicial District Court, Parish of Pointe Coupee, No. 44630. BEFORE: PETTIGREW, DRAKE, AND CHUTZ, JJ.
WRIT NOT CONSIDERED. In the instant case, a hearing on the motions for declaratory relief was held on June 6, 2014. Thereafter, judgment was signed on July 9, 2014, and notice of the same mailed to the parties by the clerk on July 10, 2014. The notice of intent to apply for supervisory writ of review was fax filed on August 13, 2014. Thus, it was filed more than 30 days after the date notice of judgment was provided, and it was untimely. See La. Code Civ. P. art. 1914B, Uniform Rules of Louisiana Courts of Appeal, Rule 4-3.
Supplementation of this writ application and/or an application for rehearing will not be considered. Uniform Rules of Louisiana Courts of Appeal, Rules 4-9 and 2-18.7.
