WRIT GRANTED WITH ORDER. Pursuant to the October 18, 2018 order entered by the trial court granting relator's request as a motion for appeal, this writ is granted for the limited purpose of remanding this matter to the trial court with instructions to grant the appeal which was ordered by the trial court. Additionally, a copy of this court's order is to be included in the appellate record.
