FLORIDA BOARD OF BAR EXAMINERS RE: Lauryn Alexis SUAREZ
Upon consideration of the Board of Bar Examiners' Public Report and Recommendation relating to Lauryn Alexis Suarez's admission to The Florida Bar, it is ordered that the Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Recommendation of the Florida Board of Bar Examiners is approved. Accordingly, we revoke Lauryn Alexis Suarez's admission to the Bar pursuant to rule 5-14 of the Rules of the Supreme Court relating to Admissions to the Bar. The revocation will be effective thirty days from the filing of this order so that Suarez can close out her practice and protect the interests of existing clients. If Suarez notifies this Court in writing that she is no longer practicing and does not need the thirty days to protect existing clients, this Court will enter an order making the revocation effective immediately. Thereafter, Suarez will be disqualified from reapplying for admission for a period of three years from February 4, 2019, the date of the Board's findings. Suarez is directed to fully comply with the requirements of Rule Regulating the Florida Bar 3-5.1(h) (Notice to Clients). Further, Suarez shall accept no new clients from the date this order is filed until she is readmitted.
