Opinion

No. 05-07-00937-CV

Opinion issued July 26, 2007.

Original Proceeding from the County Court at Law No. 1 Dallas County, Texas Trial Court Cause Nos. CC-06-12221-A.

Before Justices MORRIS, RICHTER, and MAZZANT.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relators contend the trial judge abused her discretion by refusing to rule on relators' motions for substituted service. The facts and issues are well known to the parties, so we need not recount them herein. Based on the record before us, we conclude relators have not shown the trial judge clearly abused her discretion. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8(a); In re Prudential Ins. Co. of Am., 148 S.W.3d 124, 135-36 (Tex. 2004); Walker v. Packer, 827 S.W.2d 833, 839-44 (Tex. 1992) (orig. proceeding). Accordingly, we DENY relators' petition for writ of mandamus.
