ORDER

Per curiam.

Relator has filed a motion for leave to file an application for a writ of mandamus under this Court's original jurisdiction. He contends that the State filed a response to his 11.07 habeas application but the Bexar County District Clerk has failed to properly send Relator a copy.

Respondent, the District Clerk of Bexar County, shall respond whether the State filed a response and, if so, why it has not been sent to Relator. If the State did file a response and a copy was sent to Relator, the District Clerk shall respond with correspondence documenting the date the response was sent to Relator. See Tex. R. App. P. 73.4(b)(2). This motion for leave to file will be held. Respondent shall comply with this order within thirty days from the date of this order.
