I

FACTUAL AND PROCEDURAL HISTORY

In October 2005, minor, represented by counsel, admitted to being in possession of a stolen car (Pen. Code, § 496d, subd. (a)); in return, the district attorney reduced the allegation to a misdemeanor. Minor was thereafter placed on probation in the custody of his grandmother.

In April 2006, minor committed vandalism (Pen. Code, § 594, subd. (b)(4)), and a new Welfare and Institutions Code section 602 petition was filed. On July 6, 2006, the district attorney amended the new section 602 petition to include allegations of vehicle theft (Veh. Code, § 10851, subd. (a)) and reckless driving (Veh. Code, § 23103, subd. (a)).

Following an adjudication hearing, the juvenile court dismissed the vandalism allegation and made true findings on the vehicle theft and reckless driving allegations.

Minor was then reinstated on probation on various terms and conditions, including performing 40 hours of community service, participating in counseling, and paying a $100 restitution fine. The court also ordered the issuance of minors drivers license be delayed for one year.

ANALYSIS

Minor appealed, and upon his request this court appointed counsel to represent him. Counsel has filed a brief under the authority of People v. Wende (1979) 25 Cal.3d 436 and Anders v. California (1967) 386 U.S. 738 [87 S.Ct. 1396, 18 L.Ed.2d 493] setting forth a statement of the case, a summary of the facts, and potential arguable issues and requesting this court to undertake a review of the entire record.

We offered minor an opportunity to file a personal supplemental brief, and he has not done so.

We have now concluded our independent review of the record and find no arguable issues.

The judgment is affirmed.

We concur:

McKINSTER, J. --------------- Notes: All future statutory references are to the Welfare and Institutions Code unless otherwise stated.
