ORDER
It is ORDERED that the fourth and fifth motions of the Fairways at Lake Ridge Homeowners Association, Inc. for an extension of time within which to file a petition for certification (M-823/824) are dismissed as moot; and it is further
ORDERED that the sixth motion of the Fairways at Lake Ridge Homeowners Association, Inc. for an extension of time within which to file a petition for certification (M-825) is granted. The petition for certification and Appellate Division briefs and appendices shall be served and filed on or before July 25, 2024.
