FLORIDA BOARD OF BAR EXAMINERS RE: S.T.C.
Upon consideration of S.T.C.'s petition for review filed in the above cause, it is ordered that the Florida Board of Bar Examiners' Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Recommendation is approved. S.T.C.'s petition is hereby denied and he shall not be admitted to The Florida Bar at this time. However, the Court disapproves the Florida Board of Bar Examiners' recommendation that S.T.C. be disqualified from reapplying for admission for a period of two years from March 7, 2013. S.T.C. shall be disqualified from reapplying for admission for a period of two years from January 29, 2014, the date of a complaint filed against him with the Board of Overseers of the Maine State Bar, in violation of the consent judgment.
