GUARDIANSHIP, § 86order settling account of conservator as res judicata. Order settling final account of conservator of incompetent person, after full hearing thereon, leaving only the question of additional fees for the conservator and its attorney for consideration, not appealed from, became res judicata.

Appeal from the Circuit Court of Cook county; the Hon. PHILIP J. FINNEGAN, Judge, presiding.

Decree affirmed. Heard in the third division, first district, this court at the October term, 1942.
