IN RE STATE FARM MUTUAL AUTOMOBILE INSURANCE COMPANY

ON PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS

Before Justices Benavides, Tijerina, and Silva

ORDER

Per Curiam

Relator State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company and real party in interest Tita G. Teran have filed a "Joint Motion to Stay the Trial Court's Proceedings" in trial court cause number 2020-DCL-01830 in the 197th District Court of Cameron County, Texas. The Court, having examined and fully considered the "Joint Motion to Stay the Trial Court's Proceedings," is of the opinion that it should be granted. Accordingly, we grant the joint motion, and we order the Agreed Trial Scheduling Order and the October 7, 2024 jury trial to be stayed pending further order of this Court or the resolution of this original proceeding. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.10 ("Unless vacated or modified, an order granting temporary relief is effective until the case is finally decided.").
