In the Matter of Appointments to the State Board of Law Examiners


ORDER

Loretta H. Rush, Chief Justice of Indiana.

The State Board of Law Examiners, among other duties, is responsible for administering the bar examination to bar applicants, certifying legal interns, and both approving and renewing professional corporations, limited liability companies, and limited partnerships for the legal profession. This Court, under Indiana Admission and Discipline Rule 9, appoints members to the State Board of Law Examiners.

The Court hereby appoints Bryan M. Likins and Mark E. GiaQuinta to the State Board of Law Examiners for five-year terms commencing on December 1, 2022, and ending on November 30, 2027, or until a successor is appointed.

The Court also hereby reappoints Michael J. Jenuwine to the State Board of Law Examiners for a two-year term commencing on December 1, 2022, and ending on November 30, 2024, or until a successor is appointed.
