STATE BAR RULES 9.49 AND 9.49.1

On December 1, 2022, the Board of Trustees of the State Bar of California filed a request recommending various options for the extension of the provisional licensure programs created through rules 9.49 and 9.49.1 of the California Rules of Court.
The court grants, as modified by the court, the request for the extension of both programs and hereby amends rules 9.49 and 9.49.1 of the California Rules of Court, as set forth in the Attachment. These amendments are effective immediately.
It is so ordered.
