STATE BAR RULE 9.23


Order filed

On October 26, 2021, the Board of Trustees of the State Bar of California filed a request for approval of amendments to rule 9.23 of the California Rules of Court, to be retitled “Enforcement of disciplinary orders and final determinations by the Client Security Fund as money judgments” (appearing in title 9, division 2, chapter 3 of the California Rules of Court). The request is granted.

The approved version of rule 9.23 is set forth in the attachment and is effective April 1, 2022.

It is so ordered.
