I respectfully concur in the result. Upon review of the record and in light of the applicable standard set forth in New Jersey v. T.L.O., 469 U.S. 325, 105 S.Ct. 733, 83 L.Ed. 2d 720 (1985), I cannot say that the trial court erred in denying K.L.'s motion to suppress.
