STATE OF LOUISIANA IN THE INTEREST OF C.M.


In Re: L.H., applying for supervisory writs, 23rd Judicial District Court, Parish of Ascension, No. 17757. BEFORE: WHIPPLE, C.J., McDONALD AND CHUTZ, JJ.

WRIT GRANTED. The ruling of the trial court denying the paternal grandmother, L.H.'s reurged motion to intervene in these proceedings is reversed. L.H. has met her burden of showing she is an interested person with cause to intervene in the proceedings. Accordingly, we grant the writ and render judgment allowing her to intervene in the proceedings. See La. Ch.C arts 697 and 707.
