Relator filed a petition for a writ of mandamus, pursuant to the original jurisdiction of this Court. The petition requests that we issue a writ of mandamus in the underlying case, ordering the district court to vacate its order which directed Relator to provide all files, including the confidential informant file, in the Hays County Narcotics Task Force case number TF15-033-1. This petition was presented to the Third Court of Appeals, which denied relief. In re Wesley Mau, No. 03-17-00424-CV (Tex. App.—Austin July 10, 2017)(unpublished).
