STATE OF LOUISIANA IN THE INTEREST OF M.M., K.C., B.C., E.C.

In Re: Eric McNeil, applying for supervisory writs, 21st Judicial District Court, Parish of Livingston, No. 14-JUV-13184. BEFORE: WHIPPLE, C.J., McCLENDON AND HIGGINBOTHAM, JJ.

WRIT DENIED. Pretermitting the merits of relator's claims, the trial court did not err in denying relator's request to proceed in a summary manner. Actions in nullity based on fraud and ill practices should utilize ordinary proceedings. Nethken v. Nethken, 307 So.2d 563, 565 (La. 1975); Knight v. Sears, Roebuck & Co., 566 So.2d 135, 137 (La. App. 1st Cir.), writ denied, 571 So.2d 628 (La. 1990).
