JUDGMENT


Based upon the Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law as stated in the attached Order of the Court, summary judgment is granted in favor of Conseco Health Insurance Company as tt relates to the Eighth Cause of Action for intentional infliction of emotional distress and the Ninth Cause of Action for Unfair Trade Practices Act. The Court finds that a genuine issue of material fact exists as it relates to the Sixth Cause of Action for Conversion.
