MEMORANDUM OPINION


Relator claims the trial court erred in denying motion to disqualify counsel. Based on the record presented, relator failed to show that he is entitled to the relief requested. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8. Accordingly, we DENY relator's petition for writ of mandamus and his motion for emergency stay.
