MEMORANDUM OPINION


Relator contends the trial court has erred by denying his motion to disqualify counsel. Relator has failed to comply with the requirements for filing a petition for writ of mandamus. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.3 and 52.7(a). Accordingly, relator's petition for writ of mandamus is DENIED. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8 (a).
