Opinion issued April 29, 2005.

Original Proceeding from the 304th Judicial District Court, Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. 02-00605-W.

Writ of Mandamus Denied.

Before Justices MOSELEY, BRIDGES, and FRANCIS.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relators contend the trial judge erred in not yet granting their motion to transfer. Based on the record presented, we conclude relators have failed to show the trial court clearly abused its discretion in not yet granting relators' motion to transfer.
