Opinion

No. 04-07-00269-CV

Delivered and Filed: July 11, 2007.

Appeal the 37th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas, Trial Court No. 2005-PA-01883, Honorable Martha Tanner, Judge Presiding.

KAREN ANGELINI, Justice. SANDEE BRYAN MARION, Justice, PHYLIS J. SPEEDLIN, Justice.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

From our initial review of the record it appeared that appellants had not timely filed their notice of appeal or motion for extension of time in which to file their late notice of appeal. Therefore, on June 13, 2007, we ordered appellants to show cause in writing by June 28, 2007 why this appeal should not be dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. Appellants responded that they are without counsel and seek additional time in which to obtain counsel but do not otherwise show they have timely perfected their appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 26.

Therefore, this appeal is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.3(a).
