MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relator's one page petition states that the trial court has refused to issue an order. Relator does not provide any information about the type of order involved in his case, the cause number of his case, or any record for this Court to review. Relator's petition does not comply with the requirements for filing a petition for writ of mandamus and relator has not shown that he is entitled to the relief requested. See Tex.R.App.P. 52.3, 52.7, and 52.8(a). Accordingly, we DENY relator's petition for writ of mandamus.
